Application method of bt-10 chromium mist inhibitor (hard chromium)

Bt-10 chromium mist inhibitor:

1. Our product bt-10 first dilutes 33 times (normal temperature water can be used) equivalent to 3% diluent;

2. Open the cylinder for 1000 liters and add more than 1.5 liters of bt-10 chromium mist inhibitor (diluent). When the plating bath temperature is 60 ℃, the approximate consumption is 1000ah (ampere hour), and about 15ml bt-10 chromium mist inhibitor (diluent) is consumed;

3. Add bt-10 chromium mist inhibitor (diluent) in several times according to the actual consumption of electroplating bt-10 chromium mist inhibitor (diluent);

4. Bt-10 can withstand high temperature above 60 ℃.
